Abigayle Nimmich

Abigayle (Abby) Nimmich (They/Them) is a Registered Psychology Associate  under the Supervision of Dr. Gary Stone. She is currently a third year Doctor of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) student at Stevenson University. They earned their master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Stevenson University in May of 2025 and has completed practicum rotations in private practice and community mental health settings. Abby is passionate about working with marginalized and underserved communities and is passionate about understanding their client’s intersectional identities. Abby has experience working with individuals presenting with trauma related (PTSD, Complex PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, etc.), anxiety, and mood disorders as well as gender dysphoria. In therapy, Abby uses an integrative approach to helping clients navigate challenging situations or dynamics in their lives. By using trauma informed, attachment based, feminist, and psychodynamic treatment modalities, Abby hopes to help create a safe and welcoming space for their clients to explore themselves in a deeper way than they may have before.
