Our portal is a convenient way to communicate in a secure and confidential manner with PsychCare and is available for current clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We think you’ll find that communicating via the portal brings a new level of efficiency to your care at PsychCare. See the Login in Instructions below to access your therapist’s direct portal.

Once logged on you will be able to:

– Exchange messages securely with your therapist.
– Manage your account and pay your bill online.
– Update your profile and contact information.

Log in Instructions

1. Click the “Learn More” under your therapist’s photo on the “Meet Our Team” page.

2. Click on the “Client Portal” button on your therapist’s page.

3. Enter your username and password.

4. Click “Log in to Access Your Account“.

1. Use “Find Your Therapist” tool

2. Use “Search for your Therapist” to find your therapist by name

3. On the right side of the page, you should see a prompt that says “Already a client? Sign In”
