Jessica Diez, LCPC is licensed by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Towson University. She went on to receive a Masters in Applied Psychology- Counseling from University of Baltimore. Ms. Diez works with individuals specializing in young adults. Ms. Diez draws from person-centered and existential theories as well as cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic theories. She has experience with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, self-esteem, adjustment/phase of life and transition issues. Ms. Diez wants to help clients feel a greater sense of purpose, fulfill their dreams, and improve their quality of life.
