Katie Berrios

Katie Berrios, LCSW-C is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Maryland. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. Prior to working in private practice, Katie provided therapy at a university counseling center and provided case management services to adults and families in hospital and nonprofit agency settings. Katie enjoys working collaboratively alongside clients to help them navigate through challenges such as anxiety, depression, family or relationship issues, grief, and life adjustment/transitions. She uses a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Interpersonal therapy, in order to meet each individual’s needs and help clients heal and grow.
