Dr. Levi Breuer

Dr. Levi Y. Breuer is a licensed psychologist in Maryland. He provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples and conducts clinical and forensic psychological evaluations. Dr. Breuer earned his Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in clinical psychology from George Washington University in Washington D.C. He completed his internship at McGill University, in Montreal, Canada. He earned his Masters degree in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to being in private practice, Dr. Breuer worked as a forensic psychologist in Maryland at a maximum security forensic hospital – Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center. In addition, he has also worked in a variety of other settings, including, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health centers, and college counseling centers. Dr. Ariella Lipkin is a licensed psychologist in Maryland providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Dr. Lipkin earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) and Master of Arts degrees in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Washington, DC. She completed her internship at Assessment & Treatment Alternatives in Philadelphia, PA., a non-profit mental health clinic, and specialized in providing therapy and evaluations to victims and perpetrators of crimes. Dr. Julie Murphy is a licensed psychologist in Maryland, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups. Dr. Murphy also conducts psychoeducational, learning disability, ADHD, and other types of psychological assessments. She earned her doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cincinnati. In addition to her many years of experience providing therapy and assessments, Dr. Murphy has taught clinical psychology, assessment, and diversity-related courses to both graduate and undergraduate students. In therapy, Dr. Murphy’s specialties include depression (including postpartum depression), anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, identity development issues (especially for people with intersectional identities including disabilities, LGBQIAA+, trans, or gender non-conforming identities), family planning (especially for non cis gender/non-heteronormative relationships), relationship challenges, recovery from trauma (especially sexual violence), and parenting a child who has currently, or previously, had cancer. Dr. Lateffa Robinson is a Licensed Psychologist in Maryland. Dr. Robinson earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD) from Howard University in Washington, D.C. She completed her internship at The University of Southern California University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (USC UCEDD) at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Prior to earning her PhD, Dr. Robinson earned a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), with a Clinical focus, also from Howard University. Before entering into private practice, Dr. Robinson has gaining over 15 years of experience as a mental health professional, providing a range of services to individuals and families in a variety of settings, including community mental health centers, public schools, and outpatient hospitals; as well as providing Mental Health Consultation to other professionals providing mental health and special education services. She has served as Adjunct Professor at Howard University and continues to work as Clinical Assessment Consultant/Trainer with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Dr.Pollard
Dr. Shauna A. Pollard is a licensed psychologist in the state of Maryland. She currently provides individual therapy and conducts psychological evaluations for adults. Dr. Pollard earned her Ph.D. in Human Services Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with emphases in both Clinical and Community Psychology. She completed postdoctoral training at the Memphis VA Medical Center in Memphis, TN, where she received specialized training in interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness based techniques in her work with veterans. Prior to being in private practice, Dr. Pollard worked as a psychologist at the Savannah VA Primary Care Clinic in Savannah, GA and with the Towson University Counseling Center.She employs a strengths based approach in therapy, and assists individuals with taking an active role in managing their physical and mental health. Dr. Pollard has worked in multiple settings and with diverse populations. Ms. Maureen Betz is a clinical social worker, licensed in Maryland and Washington DC. After earning her Bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, she completed her Masters in Social Work at the Catholic University of America, with a dual-concentration in clinical and macro social work. She also earned a Certificate in International Social Development, and spent time working with children and impoverished urban communities in the Philippines. Maureen completed internship studies in a community based setting treating individuals dually-diagnosed with HIV and co-occurring mental health issues. Maureen’s other professional experience includes leadership roles in community-based mental health and non-profit settings in Washington DC. She has particular expertise working with individuals surviving trauma, recovering from addictions, mood disorders and psychotic disorders. Maureen is an ally to the LGBTQIA community, and has specialized training in Critical Incident Stress Management, trauma informed care, and person-centered approaches to treatment. As a therapist, Maureen sees her role as facilitating clients’ ability to identify and define problematic experiences for themselves, collaborate in the creation of a mutually agreed upon, goal-oriented plan of treatment, and to foster existing strengths and resiliency in order to empower clients to achieve success in the future.

Ms. Rebecca Aloni is licensed in Maryland as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Jessica Diez - Baltimore Psychologists

Ms. Laura Krause, LCSW-C received her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work, specializing in child welfare. Denise Katz, LCSW-C is a licensed clinical social worker with over 28 years of experience working in community mental health. Ms. Katz earned her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. She holds an IMAGO Relationship Therapy certification and has been trained extensively in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
