Meet the Administrative Staff

Practice Manager

Victoria Arnold is PsychCare’s practice manager. Victoria has been in the healthcare industry for 8+ years with prior experience working at an optometrist’s office. She has been with PsychCare since 2018 and is comfortable working with clients and providers alike to ensure that everyone has a positive experience at PsychCare. She manages the day-to-day office tasks that help the practice run smoothly.

Credentialing Specialist

Jessica Wright is PsychCare’s credentialing specialist. She has experience in the insurance arena, specifically behavioral health. She is responsible for verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorization for coverage as needed. She brings a wealth of knowledge in areas of claims research and the behavioral health insurance industry.

Office Assistant

Glenroy Samuels is the Office Assistant at PsychCare’s Baltimore office. His positive and cheerful demeanor ensures that any questions are handled with the proper care they deserve. He brings with him years of customer service and a bachelor’s degree in human resources. Glenroy is also responsible for allowing the practice to be run smoother for both the staff and clients alike.

Office Assistant

Kristin Konieczny has worked in the healthcare field for 4+ years and has experience in a wide range of administrative skills. She started in reception and has worked her way through different administrative positions including billing and medical records. She prides herself on accuracy and diligence and is always willing to go the extra mile for patients in need. Kristin is responsible for the billing needs of our patients and manages insurance claims. If there are any issues with a claim, she is open and willing to help!

Office Assistant

Rae Braxton has been working in healthcare administration for over 10 years with experience in management as well as supporting roles. Rae brings their all to every task presented to them, treating each task with a combination of professionalism and personalized care. They find immense satisfaction in a job well done and take pride in their decorum both with customers and coworkers with the aim of maintaining a welcoming and collected demeanor.

Office Assistant

Rachell Hill Bigby is the office assistant at PsychCare’s Silver Spring office. She has worked in the healthcare field for 17+ years. She is a Registered Medical assistant who has managerial, medical billing & benefit verification experience. She prides herself in being attentive to detail, organization and takes joy in providing quality customer care. Her goal is ensure the best experience with everyone’s interaction with PsychCare from clients to clinicians and staff alike.

Care Coordinator

Bill Rueth began his company – VICUSE– where he offers a secure, discrete, and friendly service that is tailored to meet the needs of a mental health professional office. He recently began working at PsychCare where he has become well-known among staff and clients for being the pleasant voice that clients hear on the phone when they call PsychCare. He handles client intakes and registration and is responsible for directing all questions to the appropriate staff member.

Care Coordinator

Andrea Snyder prides herself on providing superb customer service, seeking to meet the individual needs of each client.. She When you speak to Andrea, you will find someone who is caring, compassionate and dedicated to serving your needs with the highest level of integrity. Andrea has had a varied career, working in the legal field, banking industry and non profit sector before joining PsychCare as an Independent Contractor with “Your Faithful Assistant.”

Care Coordinator

Melanie Macon has worked as a Virtual Assistant for the past 13 years. Her main client was a medical office and our primary focus was the scheduling of doctor locations and on call rotations. She also did cold calls for a charitable organization for donation pick-ups. Melanie has worked in many fields from preschool teacher to administrative assistant for a property management company. She handles cancellation and new patient calls as well as website inquires. Melanie is an Independent Contractor with “Your Faithful Assistant”.
