Merrilee Peske, LCMFT, is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist in Maryland. She received her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and her Masters in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. Merrilee provides therapy from a family systems and strength based perspective, utilizing approaches from cognitive behavioral therapy and structural family therapy to address relational issues. She believes in showing clients unconditional positive regard and joining with them to create and achieve their goals. She is experienced in treating clients who struggle with stress, family conflict, parenting issues, life cycle transitions, depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, chronic illness and grief/loss.
