Dr. Victoria Lee is a licensed psychologist in Maryland, providing individual and group therapy, as well as psychological evaluations for adults and children. She earned her doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology at Howard University in Washington, D.C. Dr. Lee completed her predoctoral internship at and works at the Howard University Counseling Services as staff psychologist providing individual therapy, group therapy and clinical supervision. Prior to working as a staff psychologist, Dr. Lee has served as Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at Howard University. Dr. Lee has attained extensive post-doctoral training in group therapy and is a Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP). She currently serves as a faculty in the National Group Psychotherapy Institute at Washington School of Psychiatry and has served on the board of Mid-Atlantic Group Psychotherapy Society. In therapy, Dr. Lee focuses on alleviating symptoms and improving quality of life by addressing distressful interpersonal dynamics. She aims to provide a nonjudgmental, collaborative, and supportive space for individuals and groups to explore their intrapersonal and interpersonal experiences to establish deeper connections with others and meaningful relationships. Dr. Lee has a interest in stress and adjustment linked to immigration and intergenerational conflict. She enjoys working with diverse populations and has extensive training in cultural competence.
