Dr. Sabrina J. Krum
Dr. Sabrina J. Krum is a licensed psychologist in the state of Maryland, New York and New Hampshire. She currently provides individual counseling for children, adolescents and adults and also conducts bariatric assessments. Dr. Krum earned her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She completed an APPIC accredited pre-doctoral internship at Chrysalis Health in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and completed her post-doctoral training at The Counseling Center of New Hampshire. She has a great deal of experience and interest in assessing and treating children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Krum specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety, parenting issues, childhood behavioral problems, such as Attention-Deficit Disorder, Conduct Disorder, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and conducting bariatric assessments and counseling.
Dr. Krum typically draws from different orientations in the conceptualization and treatment of her clients; specifically, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal. Through these approaches, Dr. Krum is able to create an individualized treatment plan that tends to be present-centered, problem-oriented, and what is best for the client.
