Dr. Levi Y. Breuer is a licensed psychologist in Maryland. He provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples and conducts clinical and forensic psychological evaluations. Dr. Breuer earned his Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in clinical psychology from George Washington University in Washington D.C. He completed his internship at McGill University, in Montreal, Canada.
He earned his Masters degree in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to being in private practice, Dr. Breuer worked as a forensic psychologist in Maryland at a maximum security forensic hospital – Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center. In addition, he has also worked in a variety of other settings, including, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health centers, and college counseling centers.
Dr. Breuer pursued post-doctoral training in couples therapy and is a certified emotionally-focused couples therapist.
